Made at our plant in Huizhou since 2010. Injection molding is unforgiving about surface: flow lines, dull patches and black specks all show up on a visible part. This grade is balanced for finish as much as for color.
A molded part is judged at arm's length. That means the masterbatch has to disperse fully in a short cycle and not leave the visual defects that get a part rejected at final inspection.
| Carrier resin | PP, ABS, PS, PE — matched to your base polymer |
|---|---|
| Carbon black content | Standard to high-loading, set by the depth of black you need |
| Surface finish | High-gloss and matte options for visible parts |
| Dispersion | Full dispersion in short cycles — no specks or streaks |
| Melt flow (MFR) | Matched so the grade does not slow your cycle |
| Certifications | ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 |
Tell us your base polymer, part weight and whether the surface is visible — we will match a grade and send sample.
Visible parts get a grade tuned for finish, not a general-purpose black that happens to be in stock.
MFR is matched to your base polymer so the masterbatch does not become the reason your cycle slows.

Typical molded applications our black masterbatch is compounded for:
PP and ABS housings with a visible surface.
PS and ABS enclosures, brackets and covers.
Buckets, crates, kitchen items and storage boxes.
Pallets, crates, fittings and functional black parts.
Yes, we supply high-gloss grades for ABS and PS. Tell us whether the surface is visible and what finish you are matching, and we will propose a grade.
Usually not. Carrier compatibility drives dispersion and surface quality, so we match the carrier to your base polymer. Tell us what you run and we will supply per-polymer grades.
Trial lots start at 1 ton per specification — enough to mould trial parts and check the surface. We quote trial and production volumes separately.
Typically 5–10 days to most markets, with let-down guidance for your machine.
Tell us what you are running and how much you need. We reply with a firm factory quote and a sample — no obligation.
