PET Black Masterbatch for Fiber, Sheet & Strap — PET Carrier Grade

Made at our plant in Huizhou since 2010. PET runs hot and dries hard, so the carrier has to be PET-matched: a PE-based black in a PET line is the usual cause of breaks in spinning and haze in sheet.

What we tune for PET

PET processing has two things the grade has to respect: drying before processing, and the temperature window. Both rule out a general-purpose polyolefin carrier.

Why PET converters buy from our plant

Compatibility

PET carrier, not PE

The carrier matches your polymer, which is what prevents spinning breaks and haze.

Shade

Even, repeatable black

Shade consistency between lots matters when your customer reorders the same fabric or sheet.

Commercials

Direct from plant

No trading-company layer. A firm factory quote and a technical answer from the compounder.

De-risk

Trial lot first

Run a trial on your own line before you commit. We keep your spec confidential.

Where it goes

Typical PET applications our black masterbatch is compounded for:

Staple fiber

Black polyester staple for textiles and nonwovens.

Filament & BCF

Carpet yarn and industrial filament.

APET sheet

Black sheet for thermoformed trays and blisters.

PET strap

Black strapping for pallet and bale securing.

Questions buyers ask

Can I use a PE-based black in my PET line?

We do not recommend it. A polyolefin carrier in PET is a common cause of spinning breaks, haze in sheet and inconsistent shade. Use a PET-carrier grade instead.

Does it need drying before processing?

Yes, like any PET material. We supply drying guidance with the grade so your operators have the parameters on hand.

How much do we need to order to start?

Trial lots start at 1 ton per specification, enough for a spinning or sheet trial. We quote trial and production quantities on separate price points.

How fast can we get a sample?

Typically 5–10 days to most markets, with drying and let-down guidance for your line.
