How a first order works

Nothing about our process is unusual — but it is worth writing down, because a clearly described process is one of the easiest ways to tell a plant from a reseller.

Step 1 · 1 day

Tell us the application

Base resin, process, wall thickness or part weight, and the target carbon black in the finished part. A photo of the current pellet or a sample of your part helps more than a paragraph.

Step 2 · same day

We recommend a grade

You get the TDS for the grade we would run, a let-down recommendation, and the arithmetic behind it. If your application is better served by a grade you did not ask about, we say so.

Step 3 · 3–5 days

Free trial sample

2–5 kg, compounded under the same conditions as commercial lots, with the lot CoA attached. You run it on your line, at your conditions, before committing to a container.

Step 4 · 10–14 days

Production and shipping

Confirmed against your contractual specification, with a batch CoA on the shipment. FOB Shenzhen, 25 kg bags, 20 bags per pallet.

Questions buyers ask about ordering

What is the minimum order?

500 kg for most grades and 1,000 kg for the grades priced for volume production. Trial samples of a few kilograms are free, so you can evaluate the material long before a commercial order.

Can you compound to my own specification?

Yes. If your specification names a carbon black content, a carrier or an ash ceiling, send it and we will confirm compliance grade by grade — or tell you plainly if a different formulation is the better answer. We do not quote against a spec we cannot hold.

Do you supply documentation for customs and compliance?

Every shipment carries a batch CoA. Depending on your market you will also want the SDS, the RoHS/REACH/PAHs test reports and the HS code (32064900 for our masterbatch). All of these are standard and available before you order.

Who will I actually be talking to?

Zoe Lin, our export manager, is the single point of contact from the first enquiry to the shipped container. There is no call centre and no handoff between departments — the person who answers your first email is the person who signs off the CoA.

Can I visit or hold a live video call?

Both. We are in Huizhou, Guangdong, about two hours from Shenzhen by road. For buyers who cannot travel, we arrange a live walkthrough of the compounding hall and the laboratory during your working hours.
