Every management-system certificate we hold, with the numbers you need to check them against the issuing body’s own register. Nothing here is a copy of a logo on a wall — each row is independently verifiable.

Two things worth reading off that table. First, the scope line is the part that matters, not the certificate number: a certificate covering “trading” or “sales” is a different document from one covering “R&D and production”. Ours are production scopes. Second, IATF 16949 runs to 2029 because automotive certificates are issued on a three-year cycle against a stricter audit — if you supply an OEM tier, that date is the one your quality department will ask for.

How to verify these certificates yourself

Do not take a PDF image as proof — a certificate image proves nothing that a screenshot cannot be made to show. Take the number and check it at the source. It takes a few minutes.

We would rather you checked than trusted us. If a number does not resolve, tell us and we will send the issuing body’s contact so you can ask them directly — a supplier who resists that request is telling you something.

What each certificate actually means for your order

• ISO 9001:2015 is the baseline. It says there is a documented quality system, defined responsibilities, corrective-action records and internal audit. It is the certificate every credible compounder has, so its absence is a red flag but its presence is not a differentiator. What it does not tell you is anything about the grade you are buying.
• IATF 16949:2016 is the one that separates suppliers for automotive work. It adds requirements ISO 9001 does not: part approval processes (PPAP), statistical process control, traceability discipline, and a stricter audit cycle. If your masterbatch ends up in a vehicle interior, a cable harness or an under-hood part, this is the certificate your customer’s quality system will be asking about — and it is one reason we treat lot-level CoA and dispersion data as non-negotiable.
• ISO 14001:2015 matters to you indirectly but materially. It means environmental aspects are managed and audited rather than declared. If your own compliance or ESG reporting asks downstream suppliers for environmental management evidence, this is the document that answers it.
• ISO 45001:2018 covers occupational health and safety. It is the certificate that becomes relevant when a buyer or an end-customer runs a supplier responsibility programme and asks how the plant is run, not just what it makes.
• The credentials block — national high-tech enterprise status, provincial innovative SME, CPPIA top-10 functional masterbatch enterprise, the Huizhou engineering research centre and the South China University of Technology partnership — is context rather than certification. It tells you whether there is an actual technical organisation behind the name, which for a specialty grade is often more informative than a management-system logo.

If you need a specific certificate for a specific market that is not listed here, ask. We would rather tell you we do not hold one than let you discover it during a customer audit.

The SGS report library: what it covers, and how to use it

Twenty-two reports from SGS-CSTC sit behind this page, and they answer a different question from the certificates above. A management-system certificate describes how the plant is run; an SGS report describes what came out of a specific test on a specific sample.

Three practical notes on using test reports properly, because they are the most misread document in this trade:

• A report is tied to a sample and a date, not to a grade forever. Ask for the report reference and the test date, and check that the sample description matches the grade you are ordering. A RoHS report from three years ago describes material made three years ago.
• “Passed” is only meaningful against a stated limit. RoHS limits are set by the directive; PAH limits are set by the AfPS standard. If a supplier says a product “passed testing” without naming the standard and the limit, ask which one.
• Testing is not the same as declaration. REACH SVHC screening tells you what was looked for and not found at the reporting threshold. It does not replace a supplier’s declaration obligation — the two go together, which is why our REACH and RoHS note covers the declaration side separately.
