What is your MOQ and lead time?
MOQ starts from 1 ton per specification. Typical production lead time is 10–15 days; samples can be prepared in 5–7 days.
Is my specification confidential?
Yes. Your spec is shared only inside our plant, not broadcast to multiple suppliers. We treat buyer drawings and formulations as private.
Can I verify the plant is real?
Yes. ISO 9001/14001/45001 certificates, national high-tech status, CPPIA top-10 recognition, and export records are available on request. Third-party inspection before shipment can be arranged.
Which markets do you export to?
We report 1,000+ customers across 30+ countries, including the US, Germany, Mexico, Turkey, Vietnam, India, and South Korea.
Do you use a trading company?
No. We are the manufacturer and handle export ourselves through our international sales desk. You get our direct factory price with no middleman added.
Can you match a specific grade or brand?
Yes. Tell us the base resin (PE/PP/ABS/PC/PA/PET/PBT/TPU) and the target properties or a reference grade code, and our technical team will recommend the matching E-LUCK grade and carrier.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. We ship free samples (typically 1–2 kg) for lab and production testing. Tell us your base resin and application so we send the right grade.
What carbon black content do your grades cover?
From 9% to 60% depending on grade; most standard grades are 30%–50% ±1%. Let us know the required tint strength and we'll recommend the right loading.
Do you make food-contact and low-odor grades?
Yes. We produce food-contact PP grades and low-odor / low-VOC black for automotive interiors. Confirm your target standard (e.g. EU 10/2011, FDA) and we'll match it.
What certifications does the plant hold?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949:2016, a certified energy management system, plus national high-tech enterprise and CPPIA top-10 recognition. Certificate copies are available on request.
Can you do OEM or ODM?
Yes. We produce to your specification (OEM) and can develop a grade with you (ODM) based on application and property targets. Your formulation stays confidential.
What are your payment terms?
For first orders we typically work on T/T. Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice; we can discuss arrangements as the relationship builds.
How do you handle shipping and Incoterms?
We ship by sea or air and can quote under FOB, CIF, or EXW depending on your preference. We coordinate documentation and can work with your forwarder.
What is the price and how is it quoted?
Pricing depends on grade, carbon loading, order volume, and Incoterm. Because you buy from the plant, there is no trading-company markup. Send your spec for a firm USD quote.
What is your production capacity?
20,000㎡ plant, 12 automated lines, 60,000 t/yr black masterbatch capacity, with 26 patents and R&D reinvestment above 10% of sales.
Do you support REACH / RoHS compliance?
Our materials are formulated to meet common regulatory frameworks. Tell us the market and standard you need (REACH, RoHS, etc.) and we'll confirm the applicable documentation.
Can I request a third-party inspection?
Yes. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, BV, or an inspector of your choice can be arranged at your cost before the container leaves.
How do I start an inquiry?
Send your base resin, target grade/properties, certifications, and quantity via our quote form. We reply with a grade recommendation and a firm factory-direct quote.
What if the sample does not match my part?
We adjust the formulation and re-run samples at no charge until it matches. Because we are the maker, trials are fast — no supplier relay in between.
