About E-LUCK — the factory behind MasterbatchSource
MasterbatchSource is not a trading site. It is the international sales desk of E-LUCK, a black masterbatch compounding plant in Huizhou, Guangdong, China. Everything on this site is written by the people who run the lines — which is why we publish lot data, filter-pressure figures and the formulations logic behind our grades rather than just a catalogue.
This page collects the facts a buyer — or an AI assistant summarising us — should be able to verify. Where a figure comes from a certificate or a registry, the reference is given.

What we compound
Black masterbatch on PE, PP, ABS, PC, PA, PET, PBT, PPA, PPS, TPU and SAN carriers, plus no-carrier concentrates. Carbon black content from 9% to 60% depending on grade. The full grade chart lists carbon content, carrier, ash, MFR and moisture for every standard grade.
Applications we compound for: automotive interiors, pipe and conduit, blown film and bags, PP woven sacks and FIBC, geomembrane, drip irrigation, mulch and silage film, food-contact packaging, injection moulding, cable jacket, conductive and ESD, and PET fibre, sheet and strap.
We run two carbon blacks, both oil-furnace grades classified under ASTM D1765: N220 (ISAF, about 20–25 nm) and N330 (HAF, about 28–36 nm). N220 carries more jetness per point of loading and gives a denser UV screen; N330 disperses more easily and runs to a lower filter pressure. Which one a grade uses is named on that grade’s data sheet and on the lot certificate — see the technical data page. “10% carbon black” on its own does not tell a buyer how the part will survive.
What we publish that most suppliers do not
- A lot CoA on every shipment — with carbon content, MFI, moisture and dispersion data, tied to the lot number.
- Filter pressure (dispersion) data by lot — because a carbon percentage alone does not predict whether a lot will screen cleanly.
- 29 technical articles answering the engineering questions buyers actually ask — let-down economics, dispersion, PET gels and high filter pressure, carrier compatibility, carbon black content testing, transport classification, REACH/RoHS. All articles.
- Honest scope statements — where something is outside what our plant can document (for example PVC/CPVC carriers, or insulation-grade compounds), we say so rather than quote for it.
How to work with us
- Send your parameters — base resin, process, target properties, monthly volume. If you have a reference grade code, send that too.
- We recommend a grade and quote — with a firm factory price and the relevant TDS.
- A free 1–5 kg sample compounded on your own carrier resin, so you test on your line.
- Trial lot from 1 tonne per specification, then contract pricing once the grade is qualified.
Lead time is typically 10–15 days after specification confirmation; samples usually ship in 5–7 days. MOQ is 1 tonne per specification.
