Conductive & Antistatic Black Masterbatch for ESD Packaging

Made at our plant in Huizhou since 2010. Conductive grades are specified by resistivity, not by color. We compound to the surface resistivity range your ESD standard requires and document what the lot measured.

What we tune for conductivity

The whole point of a conductive grade is a number: the surface resistivity your ESD process needs. Carbon type, loading and dispersion all move that number, so we set them together.

Carrier resinPE / PP / PS / ABS — matched to your process
Conductive carbonSpecialty conductive carbon black, not standard pigment black
Target resistivityAntistatic through conductive ranges, set to your spec
Dispersion controlControlled, because resistivity moves with dispersion
Batch testingResistivity measured per lot and reported
CertificationsISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001

Tell us the resistivity range you must hit and the base polymer — we will confirm a grade and send sample for your own measurement.

Why ESD buyers choose our plant

Specified

Built to a number

We compound to your target resistivity range and tell you what the lot measured, rather than selling a generic conductive grade.

Consistency

Repeatable between lots

Conductive carbon loading and dispersion are controlled so your ESD audit does not fail on a new lot.

Commercials

Direct from plant

No trading-company layer. A firm factory quote and a technical answer from the compounder.

De-risk

Measure before you buy

Run a trial lot and measure resistivity on your own parts before you commit.

Where it goes

Typical ESD applications our conductive grades are compounded for:

ESD trays & carriers

Electronics handling trays and carrier tape.

ESD packaging film

Antistatic bags and film for components.

Industrial parts

Conductive covers, housings and safety parts.

Flooring & sheet

Conductive sheet and profiles for controlled areas.

Questions buyers ask

What resistivity can you hit?

It depends on your base polymer and the processing window. Tell us the range your standard requires and we will confirm a grade that reaches it, or tell you plainly if it is outside what we can hold.

Is it the same as normal black masterbatch?

No. Conductive grades use specialty conductive carbon black, which costs more per kilo and behaves differently in dispersion. Standard pigment black will not reach ESD resistivity levels.

Can we buy a trial lot to measure first?

Yes — 1 ton per specification, which is enough to mould or extrude parts and measure resistivity on your own equipment. Contract pricing starts once the grade is qualified.

How fast can we get a sample?

Typically 5–10 days to most markets, with resistivity data for the lot.
