E-LUCK is the plant itself, not a trading company: 12 automated twin-screw lines in Huizhou, Guangdong, 60,000 tonnes a year, compounding since 2016, exporting to buyers in more than 30 countries.
China is the world's largest producer of plastic masterbatch, and a large share of the companies advertising as “black masterbatch manufacturer” do not compound anything. They buy from a plant and resell. That is not automatically a problem — but it changes what you are buying, what you can have changed, and where the margin goes.
Three things separate a factory from a reseller, and all three are verifiable before you place an order: who owns the twin-screw lines, who can change the formulation, and who holds the lot records. Everything on this page is written so you can check those three against any supplier, ours included.
The region a supplier sits in tells you a lot about its cost base and what it is good at.
The largest single cluster in China, built around filler masterbatch and volume colour masterbatch. It sits close to carbonate and carbon black supply, which is why it competes hardest on price per tonne. If your requirement is a high filler loading at the lowest number, this is where the volume is.
Export-oriented compounding, serving electronics, packaging, cable, pipe and automotive supply chains, with Shenzhen Yantian, Shekou and Nansha ports within a short truck run. Plants here tend to be set up for documentation and customer audits rather than for the lowest headline price. Huizhou, where our plant runs, sits in this cluster.
Film and packaging grades, close to Ningbo-Zhoushan port. Strong on colour consistency for consumer packaging and woven goods.
Modified engineering plastics, supporting the automotive and appliance supply chains around Suzhou and Changzhou.
None of these is “better” in the abstract. A 45% carbon grade with filter-pressure documentation and a carrier matched to your resin is a different product from a 20% filler grade bought on price alone, and they are usually made in different places by different kinds of company. Decide which one your line actually needs first, then choose the region — not the other way round.
Ask these in order. A real plant answers all six without hesitating; a reseller will stall somewhere around question three.
If a supplier clears all six, you are dealing with a plant. At that point the questions change to commercial ones — let-down, loading, lead time, port pair.

Black masterbatch for the applications below. Every grade is compounded on the same lines, with a full TDS and a batch CoA per lot.
We would rather send you material than a brochure. Tell us the carrier resin and the loading you need, and we compound a sample on it so your own line can judge the result.
Compounded on your own carrier resin, shipped with let-down guidance so your operators can run it directly. Courier on your account, or we ship on ours and deduct the freight from your first order.
Three numbers is all it takes: carrier polymer, let-down ratio (or target carbon content), and monthly volume. You get a real number to plan on.
Tell us what you are running and how much you need. We reply with a firm factory quote — and, if you want to test before committing, a free 1–5 kg sample compounded on your own carrier resin. No obligation.
At E-LUCK trial lots start from 1 tonne per specification, and a free sample of 1-5 kg is available before that so the grade can be run on your own line.
Yes. We compound a free 1-5 kg sample on your own carrier resin and ship it with let-down guidance. Courier is on your account, or we ship on ours and deduct the freight from your first order.
At E-LUCK carbon black loadings run from 9% to 60% depending on the carrier and the application, on PE, PP, ABS, PC, PA, PET, PBT, PPA, PPS, TPU and SAN carriers. The loading is not the whole story: dispersion, measured by filter pressure value, decides whether the part performs.
No trading layer between you and this line. This is where the black masterbatch is compounded and released.
