Made at our plant in Huizhou since 2010. Cable jacketing runs fast and continuous: one carbon agglomerate can thin the wall at a critical point. This grade is compounded for clean running at speed and for outdoor cable life.
Cable is expected to sit in a duct, on a pole or underground for decades. The masterbatch has to run clean at line speed and protect the jacket from UV for the whole service life.
| Carrier resin | PE / LDPE / LLDPE (PVC-compatible grades on request) |
|---|---|
| Carbon black content | UV-protection loading for outdoor and aerial cable |
| Dispersion | Fine — agglomerates thin the wall and create failure points |
| Melt flow (MFR) | Matched to high-speed sheathing extrusion |
| Surface finish | Smooth jacket surface for pulling through duct |
| Certifications | ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 |
Send us your jacket material, wall thickness and line speed — we will match a grade and send sample.
Aerial and exposed cable need carbon loaded for UV protection, not only for a black jacket.
Dispersion is controlled so your sheathing line is not stopped by screen changes or wall defects.
No trading-company layer. A firm factory quote and stable pricing across repeat lots.
Run a trial on your own sheathing line before you commit. We keep your spec confidential.
Typical cable applications our black masterbatch is compounded for:
LV and MV power cable sheathing.
Ducting and inner sheath for communications cable.
Self-supporting aerial runs exposed to full sun.
Internal and external building wire sheathing.
Tell us which standard the cable has to meet and we will confirm what we can supply. If a clause is outside what we can document, we say so rather than paper over it.
We match MFR to your line speed and jacket material. Give us the speed and wall thickness and we will propose a grade that holds it.
Trial lots start at 1 ton per specification, which is usually enough for a full sheathing trial run. Tell us your monthly cable volume and we will quote both trial and contract pricing.
Typically 5–10 days to most markets. We size the sample to a sheathing trial run and include let-down and drying guidance for your line.
Tell us what you are running and how much you need. We reply with a firm factory quote and a sample — no obligation.
