Made at our plant in Huizhou since 2010. When you need UV protection, full opacity or a true jet black at a low let-down ratio, the answer is a higher carbon loading — but only if it still disperses.
Pushing carbon loading up is easy. The hard part is keeping it dispersed, because a high-loading grade that does not disperse costs you more in scrap than it saves in let-down.

Up to a point. UV protection improves with carbon loading and dispersion together, and past a certain level the masterbatch becomes hard to disperse, which creates defects. We help you find the point that works rather than maximising the number.
It depends on the polymer and your shear. Tell us what you run and we will confirm a loading that disperses cleanly, and say so if 50% is too much for your process.
One ton per specification. High-load grades are worth proving on your own line before ordering in volume, so we quote the trial lot and the production lot separately.
Typically 5–10 days to most markets. For high-load grades we also tell you the dispersion check to run when the lot arrives, so you can judge it on your own equipment.
