Geomembrane · liner-grade black masterbatch

Black Masterbatch for Geomembrane & Pond Liner — HDPE Liner Grade

Made at our plant in Huizhou since 2010. We compound geomembrane black to the carbon content and dispersion level the liner standards call for — because on a lining job, a speck can turn into a leak path.

What we tune for geomembrane

Geomembrane standards are unusually explicit about carbon black: content, dispersion and even the particle type. We build the grade around those numbers rather than around a shade of black.

Why liner producers buy from our plant

Compliance

Built to the standard

We set carbon content and dispersion to the number your liner spec calls for, not to a visual match.

Integrity

Low agglomerate risk

Dispersed carbon means fewer inclusions, which is what weld and leak testing is really looking for.

Commercials

Direct from plant

No trading-company layer. A firm factory quote and a faster, more technical answer.

De-risk

Trial lot first

Run a trial on your own line and test it before you commit. We keep your spec confidential.

Where it goes

Typical liner applications our black masterbatch is compounded for:

Pond & reservoir liner

Aquaculture, irrigation and decorative ponds exposed to sunlight.

Landfill cap & base

Bottom liners and closure caps for municipal and industrial sites.

Mining heap-leach pad

Large-area pads where long outdoor life matters most.

Canal & tank lining

Water conveyance and containment linings.

Questions buyers ask

Can you meet the carbon content our standard requires?

Yes. Tell us which standard the liner has to comply with and the final film thickness, and we will set the carbon content and let-down to hit it. We will say so plainly if we cannot meet a clause.

How do you control dispersion?

Through the compounding route, filter-pressure testing and lot records. Carbon agglomerates are the main reason liner welds and leak tests fail, so this is the parameter we watch closest.

Can we order a trial quantity first?

Yes. Trial lots start at 1 ton per specification. Liner producers usually run a trial, test it against their own specification, then place the production order.

How fast can we get a sample?

Typically 5–10 days to most markets, with the lot record and test data your QA team will ask for.
