A woven sack sits in the sun for months and gets lifted by its loops. The masterbatch has to protect the tape from UV without creating weak points that tear.

Carbon black that is not properly dispersed is the usual cause of tape breaks. We compound for fine dispersion and filter-pressure consistency, so the tape keeps its tensile strength at your draw ratio.
It depends on how long the bag will be stored outdoors and at what let-down you run. Share your storage life target and let-down ratio and we will propose a loading.
Most sack makers prove the grade on one or two pallets before moving to container volumes. We quote a trial price and a production price separately, so you can test without committing to a container.
