Made at our plant in Huizhou since 2010. We compound black for drip tape and thin-wall irrigation line, where the wall is thin enough that a single carbon speck can plug an emitter.
Drip tape runs thin and fast, and the finished product has to survive seasons of direct sun over a field. That combination is what makes this grade different from a general-purpose black.
| Carrier resin | LDPE / LLDPE (HDPE blend on request) |
|---|---|
| Carbon black content | Set for UV life at your wall thickness and let-down |
| Dispersion | Very fine — inclusions are the cause of plugged emitters |
| Melt flow (MFR) | Matched to your high-speed tape line |
| Filterability | Screen-pack friendly for long, uninterrupted runs |
| Certifications | ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 |
Give us your wall thickness, line speed and target field life — we will propose a loading and send a sample to run.
Tape that lies in the sun for a season or more needs carbon loaded for UV, not just for appearance.
Plugged emitters usually trace back to agglomerates. We compound and filter to keep them out.
No trading-company layer. A firm factory quote and a faster answer on price and lead time.
Run a trial on your own tape line before you commit. We keep your spec confidential.
Typical irrigation applications our black masterbatch is compounded for:
Seasonal and multi-season tape for row crops.
Thicker-walled line for orchards and permanent installations.
LDPE / LLDPE main and sub-main line.
Moulded parts that must match the line color.
Emitter plugging is usually traced to carbon agglomerates or contamination. We compound for fine dispersion and filterability, and we can share filter-pressure data for the lot.
It comes down to UV dose and wall thickness. Tell us the crop cycle and wall and we will propose a loading for each case.
Trial lots start at 1 ton. Most tape lines prove a grade over a full production shift before committing, so we size the sample lot to that.
Typically 5–10 days to most markets, with let-down guidance for your tape line.
Tell us what you are running and how much you need. We reply with a firm factory quote and a sample — no obligation.
